employability skills assessment tool (ESAT)
what is esat?
The Employability Skills Assessment Tool (ESAT) provides an assessment and development of social and emotional skills like adaptability, creativity, and collaboration, problem solving and creativity/innovation.
You will have an account created by your Job Coach, and the ESAT will be emailed to you with your username and password.
Once you have entered this user name and password, you will then have access to complete your ESAT online. You may have an option to enter in your own notes on the ESAT. The results of the ESAT will be used for your own self-awareness, and to track your progress in the Skills for Success program.
Your Job Coach will review your results, and your progress with you before you start your job placement and before you exit the program.
Your Job Coach can help you log-in to the ESAT and be available if you need assistance.
The ESAT can be completed here at Superior Adult Learning.
Your Job Coach cannot answer a question for you or rephrase a question but can read the question as it appears on the ESAT, out-loud to you.
